"Great location. I checked in around 6 pm, when it was not busy at all. They could have given more information on the property. I found out about the free activities on the last day. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and Duke's was great."

"The Moana is a wonderful resort that caters to families, couples, and anyone wanting a welcoming stay. There were some hiccups, however the staff was quick to fix. We arrived late so we were not certain about logistics as they are remodeling parts of the hotels. "Fantastic location, great view. Staff were really good, too. However, I wish they updated some interiors, and my room, particularly, had a noisy air conditioning. I did not bother complaining, and just turn on whenever needed, but, please fix noisy air conditioning. It can be deal breaker for some people in hotter season. "

"location is excellent, walkable to downtown shopping, beach and nearby park. Valet parking is super convenient, also has discount if you park for a week. Front desk helpful and pleasant. Third floor, has supplies and housekeeping staff, helpful. the rooms just a bit outdated though, needs some upgrading or renovation. Also, needs to have more recycling receptacles to seperate compost and recyclables or landfill."

"Our stay in the city view was wonderful. The room itself was clean, well stocked, cozy and had that charming Hawaiian feel! The bed was very comfortable for my mom and I. The seating area was such a nice feature for our week stay along with the kitchen that had everything you needed. Also, so appreciative of the tasty coffee we had everyday brewed in the coffee pot. The location itself was within walking distance of everything. The only setback was that there was not any hot water in our shower....
