"When we first arrived at the hotel and checked into our room, at 11:30 PM when we were about to go to bed, we heard laughing, screaming, and people running up and down the hall for more than 30 minutes. The staff was very kind to move us immediately to a different floor. Rooms were nice and a good size with a beautiful view of the Han River. It was a little far from the city (about an hour by public transport) but overall we had a good experience!"

"Great stay, still new feeling and room was a good size. Good location, only 15 mins on metro to centre of seoul. Good food choices nearby, highly recommend Js hotpot on basement level. Downsides were breakfast times - closing by 9.30 on weekdays and although later on weekends, you have to book a designated time - we were made very aware we were to be gone by 9.15 on a sat, not acceptable in a 5* hotel. Very much angled to short stay or business people. Cleaning was hit and miss with dirty cups...

"This hotel's location is very nice and central, easy to get to the metro and bus stop. At night it is not the quietest though. The elevator wait can be a few minutes due to the number of guests.
