"We had an incredible multigenerational trip at the condo. We whole heartedly recommend the condo for cleanliness and location. It is well appointed and the beach access to amazing shelling is steps away. I love the location with regards to the complex because you are not sandwiched between units. We could not ask for a more perfect situation. "

"The things we loved: The proximity to the beach, how uncrowded the beach was, the heated swimming pool, the shells on the beach, the rooftop area, the other people that we met by the swimming pool, who were staying in the same building...everyone delightful! The things that could be improved: We would have loved to have been warned about the "no-see-ums" insects. It would have been nice to have a spray bottle so we could spray alcohol and water or some repellent on the porch screens, and maybe...

"Ralph was the most responsive and helpful host I have ever dealt with in all the years I have been using VRBO and other on line rental sites. Pool was great and view was amazing. Close to many things in Sanibel which of course is a great island and recovering from the storms but still has its charm."

"Perfect location! Close to all the beaches and shops and restaurants! The property was just the right size for the party of 7 we were traveling with! Pool right out the front door was awesome and clean! We would love to come back every year!"

"DVR is not making refunds, despite everyone in our wedding party receiving refunds from the property. We are pursuing legal options. The DVR will not return emails or phone calls. Even after purchasing trip insurance, which they won't share the name of the insurer. I will continue to serve notice on any/all social media platforms and emails to let people know not to deal with this company."
