Stunning villa with sea & sunset views, in walking distance to Cala Salada beach

This recently refurbished villa, is situated on a hillside with beautiful views over the bay of Cala Salada and the surrounding pine forested hills. Every bedroom has a terrace which has breathtaking views of the sun setting over the sea. The bedrooms all have air-conditioning. The kitchen and living room are open plan with the living room opening out onto a large covered terrace overlooking the pool area and the bay of Cala Salada, perfect for chilling out, with a gentle sea breeze and views of the boats sailing by. The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, clothes dryer and dishwasher. All the bedrooms have a terrace area overlooking the pool and sea. The pool is of a very good size and is for sole use of the guests.


Casa Bella Vista is situated in the quiet residential area of Can Germa. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of San Antonio yet close enough for a short taxi ride should you wish to sample the fantastic nightlife it has to offer or just spend the day lazing by the Pool. It really is the best of both worlds!

Only a 400 metre walk away is in our opinion the best beach on the island, Cala Salada and the smaller but equally as picturesque Cala Saladeta, a great spot for a freshly served Mojito on its sandy shore! Why not venture to the mostly untouched and unspoilt north part of island, winding roads, beautiful green countryside and hidden beaches. The villa is in the perfect location to do just this.

We have contact details for Boat Charter and English speaking Taxi/Chauffeurs who can drive you to and from the Villa. We have also teamed up with Velo Club Ibiza so if you fancy a guided cycle tour either by road or mountain bike then let us know. Just have a look at our Guest Comments to see how well we try to look after our guests from initial enquiry to deposit return.

And of course super fast Fibre Optic Broadband included. Please note that due to the location of the Villa, phone signal is poor although some people find this a real bonus!

Summer Holiday Ibiza Aug 23
First of all, this villa is spectacular. It is spacious and was fully equipped with everything that we needed, the pool is fantastic and big enough for us all to play about in. We loved the location, at the bottom of the hill is the beautiful Cala Salada beach- it is quite a hike so we would drive down and park in the car park at the bottom. At the top end of the road is a lovely restaurant called Can Pou where we ate out several times and the service and food was spot on. I would recommend you hire a car, there is a Lidl 10mins down the road which was perfect to stock up on essentials, and Sant Antoni was only a 5min drive on from here. The views from this villa are incredible, and at sunset provide the perfect place to watch the sun go down. Unfortunately, I do have one negative comment- they are building a new villa right next door. Whilst you can ignore the view of the building site and look the other way, regrettably you cannot ignore the sound. Whilst the drilling and banging wasn’t continuous throughout our stay, and they did appear to finish by 3pm most days, the noise created next door was definitely not in keeping with the otherwise peaceful surroundings that this villa has to offer. It did also affect us being able to sit out on the balcony in peace and without being overlooked, I certainly didn’t appreciate the builders starring at my wife whist she sunbathed by the pool either. It would have been nice if the owner had let us know. That aside - villa was great.

This was a well earned and well needed break from the difficulties we had all been experiencing over the last 18 months. The Villla provided the perfect respite we had been seeking. Bella Vista is a beautifully maintained property in a perfect location and within a short walk of Cala Salada & Cala Saladeta beach. The view from the balconies is idyllic. The owner has thoughtfully provided all the home from home type comforts that enable you to instantly relax into your holiday, Property Manager Roz was very helpful and even provided some essential food items as we arrived late in the evening. If you get the chance book; even though travel at the moment can be difficult. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect holiday.
My family and I stayed for 12 glorious days..2 adults and 3 teens. The villa was a perfect set up for us, allowing us lots of space when needed but providing ample social areas to eat/chill out/play games and come together. The pool is a really good size and was one of the highlights. The main highlight was being able to watch the sunset each evening..spectacular. The owner was also extremely accommodating..allowing us complete flexibility as we were unsure whether we would definitely be able to go with the current situation. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great villa, stunning view
This villa is beautiful and there is so much room. It’s equipped to a really high standard, we loved the Sonos, the Nespresso machine and in particular the nutribullet for cocktails! The view is stunning, especially at sunset, and the pool is huge, there were even some inflatables! We were just as happy to have a bbq and and a night in at the villa as we were to go out. We would definitely recommend this villa.

Whilst the photos are great the reality is better! We were so pleased when we arrived at the villa.
It was perfect ! The kitchen size and space meant we could cook some great food together and we made the most of the bbq. The bedrooms were really comfortable and the picture window looking onto the bay simply stunning. The outdoor space was wonderful ...we enjoyed every minute and really didnt want to leave. Having the car was great and advisable but its very easy to get around the island and there are good amenities under ten minutes away. Wonderful just wonderful!

What a view!
We, 6 ladies, stayed at Casa Bella Vista for 5 nights and we enjoyed the lovely villa with the fantastic view. Roz welcomed us at the villa and explained everything very thorougly. Se was lovely and very friendly. The house was well equiped and even more beautiful than on the pictures. If you go down to the beach of Cala Salada, you can see the sun go down even better than at the house. Only one point of critisism is that the light of the pool did not work. Apparently this was caused by the storm before we arrived. Roz did everything to get it fixed. So that was again very positive. We would definitely like to visit Casa Bella Vista again. Thank you Matt and Roz!

Recently stayed at Cassa Bella for 16 nights in July. Previous reviews have summed up the villa perfectly. It has everything you need and beautiful sunsets every night. My kids were in the pool till sunset every night and didn't want to go out for dinner. Car essential but everything you need is a short journey away. We wanted a nice villa with a large pool and fantastic views and Cassa Bella has everything in abundance, you won't be dissapointed. Wifi has been upgraded and is strong even by the pool...enjoy!

Absolutely fantastic!
I stayed here recently with a group of friends, and from start to finish this was a great experience. The owner Matt was very helpful, as was Roz when we got out there. The villa is stunning and has everything you could need- from a fully kitted out kitchen to board games, and inflatables for the pool! It's well located in a nice quiet neighbourhood, but not far from the action if you want to head out at night. We had the best time and can't recommend the villa highly enough. Fingers crossed we'll have the chance to stay there again in the future!

Absolutely Incredible!
For some of the group it was their first time in Ibiza and they had high hopes of an amazing experience, but I don't think anyone expected how beautiful Matt's villa would be. The view is second to none and the villa is a perfect mix between rustic and modern. All amenities are available and the pool is refreshing and impeccably clean. We all agreed that we would return to the villa whenever we come back to Ibiza and hopefully this is sooner rather than later. Ros, who looks after the villa, and Mat had excellent communication skills and were extremely helpful whenever needed. Only things to give feedback on was 1) our initial arrival, where we were given the wrong number for Ros, leaving us in a bit of limbo due to the bad network in the area (only lasted 15 mins so nothing major) and 2) the internet strength in the house- we obviously used the internet much less than usual as we were out a lot but it is always comforting and useful to have a consistent and reliable internet line, especially when there is no phone network in the area. Other than that it is excellent value for money and the perfect getaway on a magical island!

Most amazing villa! Best of both worlds: tranquil surroundings but just 10 mins from San Antonio.
My partner and I stayed at Casa Bella Vista with three other couples (all in our late twenties) and had the best holiday ever! The villa more than exceeded our expectations and was even more amazing than it looked in the pictures. The property was very clean, the rooms were spacious and well decorated. The pool and outdoor eating areas were lovely. The villa was perfectly equipped with everything we needed for cooking. Watching the sun set from the balcony whilst barbecuing was a particular highlight and the views rivalled those boasted by Cafe Mambo. The villa was perfectly situated within short walking distance to the beach and two restaurants and a five minute taxi from large supermarkets. We all felt we had the best of both worlds at Casa Bella Vista, being able to relax and enjoy the tranquillity of Casa Salada during the day but being just a 10 minute taxi ride from the main bars and clubs in San Antonio. Finally, a special thanks to Roz (the manager) who gave us a warm welcome and got the poolside rooms ready for an early check in so we could make the most of our first day. She was also at the end of the phone if we needed any advice or help during our stay.

Mooie ruime villa met prachtig uitzicht over de Middellandse Zee
Dicht bij Sant Antoni, met supermarkten en restaurants. Ideaal huis om met kinderen, die graag in het zwembad spelen te verblijven. De huurders van het naburige huis maakten tot laat in de nacht luidruchtige harde muziek. Toen zij daar de volgende dag op werden gewezen, werd de muziek veel zachter gezet en hadden wij er geen last meer van.

Herrliche Villa mit faszinierendem Blick
Wir wurden von Rosalyn, der Hausverwalteri, so herzlich begrüßt, dass wir uns vom ersten Moment wie zu Hause fühlten. Rosalyn hatte schon den Kühlschrank und die Vorratskammer nach unseren Vorstellungen gefüllt und so hatten wir keinen Einkaufsstress und Urlaub vom ersten Augenblick. Das Haus ist schön gelegen, hat einen wunderbaren Blick über die gesamte Bucht und man kann die cala salada Bucht tatsächlich zu Fuß erreichen (obwohl schon recht steil). Rosalyn hat uns klasse Tipps gegeben und war uns eine perfekte Gatgeberin

Schönes Haus mit sensationeller Aussicht
Tolles Haus mit unglaublicher Aussicht. Ich hatte mich im Vorfeld der Reise immer gefragt, warum es keine Außenansicht des Hauses gibt oder warum die Vorhänge im Wohnzimmer zugezogen sind. Das hatte mich skeptisch werden lassen. Diese Befürchtungen haben sich nicht bewahrheitet, es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Das Haus ist am Hang gebaut in einem Villenviertel. Ein Nachbargrundstück ist leer, auf dem anderen steht eine moderne Bauhausvilla, durch Bäume und Sträucher kaum einsehbar. Die Fenster und Schiebetüren sind mit Gittern oder extra Bolzen gesichert, es gibt eine Alarmanlage. Die Bäder und die Küche sind neu, das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig. Die Küche ost vollständig ausgestattet, es gab nichts, was ich vermisst hätte und wir haben jeden Tag gekocht. Ein großer supermarkt mit einer großen Auswahl an frischem Fisch ist mit drm auto in 3-5 min zu erreichen. Mein Mann und mein Sohn haben sich über kettlebell und schlingentrainer gefreut und ich mich über die gymnastikmatten (yoga auf der dachterrasse mit schönerer kulisse als in jedem fitnessvideo 😀 und danach in den Pool- ein perfekter Urlaub...)
