"The Residence is in a restricted traffic area, so you can't directly drive to it without a permit. Our navigation system was not able to find the address and we had to enter a different one nearby and then walk to the residence (about 500m). The rooms are very nice Italian style and the staff is very friendly, including the restaurant. The food and service in the restaurant was great."

"The apartment is even better than in the pictures. It’s clean, bright, quiet, tastefully decorated, very spacious, has a vey well-stocked kitchen and a nice balcony with outside furniture. Check in/out were very easy. Cristina & Stefano are super hosts, very welcoming and super nice!We highly recommend this place"

"I cannot adequately put into words the perfection that was our stay here. Barbara and her family are the most genuine, kind people, and you can tell they love what they do; Barbara has spared no detail in every room of the apartment, from flower petals in the ice cubes (!) to flowers, candies, and handwritten notes throughout the house. "We visited Turin during the month of September. The temperatures were high during the day and minimal cooling late at night. The listing had air conditioning but in fact meant two portable air conditioners. Unfortunately one unit was broken. I contacted Maria and she promised to come the next day to work on it. She came the next day and replaced the unit, unfortunately it did not work either. I contacted her but received no response. All of us moved to the upstairs to sleep with the one unit....

"The hotel is local to metro and a shopping centre. Staff are friendly and helpful. It's a bit of a quite are to get access to the hotel. The room I stayed did not have kettle. However you can request for one at the reception area. I would definitely stay again"

"Functional hotel. Very clean with friendly staff. Room smallish but fine. Likewise the bathroom. Unfortunately the heating failed onthe 1st night and didnt get fixeduntil the 3rd night. Aheater was provided but was very noisy! Breakfast was good apart from the final day where they ran out of bowls, platesetc. so no way to eat cereal!"
