"I was greeted by Laura, who had emailed a few days before my arrival, and she was just lovely. My room was available earlier than anticipated and Laura happily helped get me checked-in straight away. I got a quick tour of the room, some info about the hotel, spa facilities, breakfast arrangements etc. Once again, really friendly and super helpful.
