"We loved our stay here! The hotel and grounds areas are so peaceful and relaxing. We especially loved the restaurant area; I would have sat iout there all day with a book if we'd have had more time. The staff arranged for a guide, Julio Cesar, for the 7 Waterfalls Hike. He was so knowledgeable and fun and patient. He even took us to see his coffee and cacao farm before we left. I think we got the best guide! Mariana, from the hotel, came with us and took pictures and translated, an added bonus....

"This is a very modern and clean hotel with good parking. Everybody was very nice and the hotel is very new and modern. The only negative thing is that the street is very busy and loud and the windows are not well insulated so when you have a room toward the street, it gets pretty loud. "Overall we loved the property, entire staff was super friendly and the breakfast was delicious! The rooms were small but accommodating. Rooms had a funny smell, but I think it’s due to the humidity, it’s bearable. I didn’t have hot water one of the mornings which I think my soul left my body, but I managed and survived, lol!
