Property is very beautiful however the breakfast is horrible and extremely expensive for continental. They served artifical eggs when we asked for an omelet. This hotel has potential but needs some work to make it better and expand their dinner menu at the restaurant as well

Great new property in the Santiago area. Beautiful view did not use the amenities on property such as pool or gym but from what I saw looked great ! Walking distance to dining areas would come back and stay!

Our experience was unpleasant due to the staff. The property was nice, the food was good and location was good nevertheless, we were awakened at 5:30 by service staff yelling in the hallway. Couldn’t call the front desk at that point because the phone was disconnected but decided to bring it up during check out for constructive criticism only. The staff in the front desk were not at all concerned nor apologetic about it they were so indifferent which about it. Like I said service aside the hotel is nice but the staff could use a lot of training.

This property is brand new, super clean and the best location and views. I didn’t like how little they offered in the rooms just a bar of soap no vanity kit and just a water bottle. Also the pool is rough top and being the it gets cool it should be heated. Breakfast was horrible. European buffet and had very minimal options . People come to a country to inmerse in the culture which includes food not to eat the same stuff as back home. Breakfast was horrible not worth purchasing. Better off going to a local spot which is cheaper and much better. Overall clean property, great rooms, amazing views like no other and awesome staff. Hopefully with time they fix those tiny things to make it amazing.

This hotel is such a wonderful addition to the Santiago hotel markets. Very close to the touristy Monumento and close to all of its restaurants. Easy to get to and very beautiful. Christian at the front desk was a friendly smile and very helpful during our stay. Crystal at the lobby bar was fantastic and created some wonderful latte art for our lattes. The rooftop pool is out of this world although a bit chilly. Pool side service was mostly enjoyable however a bit delayed since there only seemed to be one worker on duty at all times. This could be improved by the addition of an outdoor bar area, this way we didn’t have to go inside the restaurant soaking wet to get a drink.Hope this improves in the future as I expect to be back soon!
