Great Stay at Residence Inn by Marriott Santiago de los Caballeros. I recently stayed for one day and had an overall great experience. The hotel offers comfortable rooms, attentive service, and a convenient location that made it easy to explore the area. The amenities provided added to the comfort and convenience of my stay. The hotel is very clean and confortable. But the only problem is that they doesn't have room service, and the TV doesn't working, the air conditioner shot of in the middle of the night and it Was hot as hell. But they give us another room right away... But everything else was goog.. I'll give it a 8 out of 10..

This hotel is new. It is beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable. It is outside the city of Santiago. The area is nice and relatively quiet. The employees were very attentive. They have a restaurant but not room service. It was a good experience to stay there.
