"It is paradise! Location to everything you need or want with in steps. The staff went above and beyond, I wish I remembered everyone’s names but here’s a few Pedro at breakfast, Lara at front desk made a detailed list of things to do on our trip, Giny in the spa gave the most amazing massage in a roof top hut with a fire burning. Honestly AlmaLusa spa and hotel is an escape that won’t disappoint!!!!! "

"The hotel is 5 star! Beautiful spa with gym, wet and dry sauna. Our meal at the hotel restaurant was excellent and the free breakfast was also very good. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. Bathroom and bed were great. "

"The downside to this property we the lack of lighting in the evening - dangerous as we were with my 83 year old father in law . This was a serious problem And needed to use phone light - also very difficult re lack of signs in small writing and no lighting at night x Car park bays ridiculously small with the poles - this was very annoying and dangerous with a bigger suv . However , room was lovely and facilities very nice . Some music would create a nicer atmosphere "

" Large rooms with good facilites. Decor using local materials. Very comfortable beds. Quiet room in spite of fronting the street. Slept really well. Excellent pools and very well maintained garden. Live music and good bar. The staff was outstanding. "

"Property was perfect for our needs. Not fancy, but very clean and enough room for my wife and I with our adult son. Although it could accomodate up to 5 guests, I would not recommend it. Quiet, little town with a couple of good restaurants and cafes. Short and easy 15 min drive to Vila Nova de Milfontes or Porto Covo with amazing beaches. Hosts were wonderful and communicative while we were there. Only slight downside was that once we left, the communication was almost non-existent although we had an important question. Overall, a great experience and would absolutely stay again."
