Staff at kastro excellent. Nice roomy family suite - the bathroom is dated. Convenient location and the rooms insulated from any street noises. The biggest drawback are the crowds/lines for the cable car making it a challenge to get to the hotel depending on your timing.

The view from our room is priceless. The location of Kastro Suites is ideal. Eventhough it is located steps away from the cable car entrance where the cruise people congregate everyday, our suite was far enough that it did not bother us. The breakfast was delicious and enough to fuel us until lunch time. We mostly appreciated Mario's superb service - he was very helpful from meeting us at the main street to helping us with our luggages at 3am!

The staff here is absolutely amazing. The property itself is so beautiful with excellent views in a perfect location. Despina was the highlight, she is funny, friendly and knowledgeable about all things Santorini, we loved her. Marius, who served our Delia breakfast every day was attentive, kind and always willing to help us with whatever we needed.
