"Some of the other reviews for this property speak very highly of this resort, which is why we chose this property. Unfortunately, it was not what it seems. Check-in was wonderful and staff at the property couldn't do enough, they were the saving grace for the stay! Unfortunately, the private pool villa are in a poor condition and desperate need of upgrades. The small air-conditioning unit in the room struggled to keep it cool, with the holes in the grass ceiling/roof and poor seals around doors....

"We had a wonderful time staying at Tandjung Sari. We stayed two nights in a cozy village bungalow. It was very clean and spacious. The outside shower was a nice touch to our stay.
