"We stayed here for 10 nights. Not having one big bed instead of 2 twin beds was not at all convenient for us. There was a very small bar fridge with limited space, no coffee maker, no microwave which we missed for the length of our stay. We got charged extra for water in the fridge but we’re not informed about this. Cleaning staff were amazing! Buffet Breakfast was excellent. Great support with tour packages. "The view from the hotel room was amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful with informing us about places on the island. The room was clean. As well as the whole facility was very clean. Should I return to Sao Miguel Island, I will definitely stay here again!"
