The hotel is a great stay but the property is only available thru WhatsApp via texting! I waited 30 minutes in the extreme heat for a reply to get back in hotel as the reception works remotely …. And there is some delays when waiting for replys!

My stay at the Ape paulista was nothing short of a horrible stay. Would not recommend this hotel unless they change the following: 1) Give staff more room to make decisions. When towels or rooms needed to be cleaned management has to be approve 2) Deborah the cleaning house manager is way to involved in my stay. Created a huge mess due to her being overly concerned with my stay activity. 3) cleaning I had to buy cleaning agents to clean my room. They don’t come by and ask if you need your room cleaned or if towels are needed. 4) street noise took a bit of getting use to. Overall I give this place a 1 star at best and will never return.

A localização é maravilhosa, há um quarteirão da av.Paulista, Mc ao lado, Casa Bauducco no mesmo quarteirão, próximo ao Pão de Açúcar e Carrefour express, próximo ao metrô Consolação. Quarto bom, banheiro com tamanho de box bom, ferro e secador disponíveis. Entrada da edificação e do quarto com senhas.

O atendimento precisa melhorar MUITO!
Sendo justa: a localização é excelente e o espaço da acomodação é muito bom, no entanto a comunicação é difícil e eu jamais retornaria se precisasse fazer checkin à noite. Não há recepção, o suporte é por WhatsApp. Não enviaram as instruções para entrada 24h antes conforme informado, fui receber após insistência poucas horas antes de chegar. Quando cheguei tinha uma pessoa lá tentando entrar mas sem acesso também. Penso que chegar a noite nessas condições pode ser um baita transtorno. A descarga do apt não funcionava. Ficaram de enviar a manutenção e não enviaram. A noite - 24h depois de solicitado - apareceu uma moça lá que até tentou resolver mas não conseguiu. Como faltava pouco tempo pra eu sair, só solicitei um balde. O que chateou foi o desleixo de não ter enviado a manutenção e nem ter achado outra alternativa. Enfim: a acomodação é boa e espaçosa, a localização é maravilhosa e o preço é justo. Mas precisa melhorar muito o atendimento para valer realmente a pena!
