Almost everything good except the rooms are so noisy. Anybody talk in the corridor you can hear him easily in your room. I think the property need to be refurbish . most of the room are a little bit old anyway I like the hotel a lot.

The hotel is massive but nice. The food is very good. Cons: the place is surrounded by beautiful nature but in the middle of nowhere. There is no public transportation close by to go to the city. There is no organized airport transportation. The hotel has no concierge!

Massive hotel with excellent amenities. Unfortunately it is not connected to outside world with public transportation . The hotel has no concierge to help out . However we were lucky with an employee Yekit who went out of his way to get us booking for transportation to Istanbul airport. We will redo it only if we rent a car at the same time.

ELITE World Grand Sapanca is a great hotel in the mountains & forest of Sapanca, some views on Sapanca Lake, Wooden Style exteriors. Free valet parking for guests, spacious lobby with high ceiling. The resort has very clean rooms, very good balconies with 2 chairs, table, rack to dry swimming suites & lights for night. The bathrooms are big with wooden style interiors, coffee, water & cattle are provided with charged mini-bar, good TV & lot of charging sockets around the room, so many restaurants & coffee shops in the hotel, amazing Aqua Park with fun three slides, very good outdoor swimming pools for adults, kids & babies. There are 3 swimming pools with very cool water temperature, very good Pool Bar to serve delicious Pizza, Burgers & Pastas while swimming, they serve soft-drinks & ice-cream as well. There is Arcade, Gaming & Bawling Rooms in 2nd floor (some games with fees). There are outdoor play-areas for little kids by the hotel entrance. Nearby Coffee Company cafe, connected to the lobby, offers delicious deserts & sweet. At night so many live music are running in every corner (Resort Lobby & Restaurants). Very Good hotel for family vacation, leisure & holidays.

Otele hafta sonu gittiğimiz için aşırı bir kalabalığa denk geldik yemeklerde ve kahvaltıda en az 10 dak boş yer bekledik , spa bölümünde uzanacak boş yer yoktu dinlenmek için gittiğimiz otelde daha çok stres yaşadık, yemekler güzeldi , odamızda havalandırma çalışmadığı için banyoda bir rutubet kokusu vardı , tek kişilik sabit yatağımızın biri problemli idi yayları bozuk ve sesi çıkarıyordu 12 saat ilk telefon trafiğinden sonra yatağın değişemeyeceği ( üst yatak kısmı 2 kişi ile çok rahat alınıp değiştirilebilir ) oda değişikliği yapılabileceği söylendi özel eşyalarımız ve bavulumuz açık olduğu için bunun 1 gece daha için uğraştırıcı olduğunu düşünüp aynı odada kaldık sonuç olarak 2 gece dinlenmek için gittiğimiz otelde maalesef dinlenmeden geri döndük bu kadar yüksek ücret vermemiz de cabası
