"Property was an excellent location right beside the beach and plenty to do within walking distance. Perfect for a stay as a couple, plenty of space and good amenities. Fresh water outside to wash the sand off was a nice addition as well and much needed. We contacted the property management about possibly being able to enter the property about 20 minutes early and were told no, even though no one was working in or around the unit. "The home home was clean and for me, ideally located between my dad’s home and Siesta key beach,. I come down from Michigan to visit my dad and family 2 times a year, staying in various rentals. It is comfortable and parking right in front of the rental makes unloading of suit cases convenient. My interaction with Sheri, the host. Was very pleasant and most helpful! I will be scheduling my next trip down in the spring and will be staying here, again!"
