Beautiful and Convenient home
We loved this house a lot! It was very clean, and welcoming with lots of space. The host was very friendly and responsive. We will definitely be booking again for future stays. Only complaint I truly have is the bed in the master bedroom is very hard and it was very hard to get comfortable/sleep. Easily fixed with a new mattress or maybe even a topper of some sort.

The home was a very well done renovation. Location was convenient and we had a good stay. Host responsive when asked for more wineglasses. Only negative was backyard needed work, no enclosed lanai and new furniture would help.

What a great find in the area. This property is close to about everything and on a quiet street. It was perfect for our family stay with trips to the beach, shopping, and spring training games. All with a budget friendly price.

Nice stay
The home interior is quite nice and we enjoyed the space. Back yard is not user friendly but front and garage are great. Plenty of kitchen utensils but only three drinking glasses. Could also use a dish drying rack and more than one dish towel as well as wash clothes in bathrooms. Overall would stay again!

Great Stay
This is a very lovely home. We were very pleased with our stay and will likely stay again if dates are available. Plenty of room for a family gathering. Nice little sitting area out back and extra chairs in the garage. Its only a few minutes drive to the grocery store. The host is fantastic and replies quickly if you have any questions. They don't have dish towels or dish cloths so maybe bring those if you want. They do provide dishsoap, a new sponge for washing, and a roll of paper towels. There is a dishwasher and it works great. Beds were a little hard but these things are definitely not a deal breaker. We would definitely stay again!

Great escape!
We were in town for a family event and enjoyed our time in this home! We were not too far from our event and had lots of restaurants and shops a short drive away. The amenities were great and came in handy. I wish the king size bed was less firm as we woke up with backaches. We ended up sleeping better on the sofa.

Great vacation home
The house was beautiful and spacious. The layout of the house was perfect for our stay. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely book this house for our next trip to siesta key. The owner was super helpful and friendly.

It was a lovely experience. My family and I were absolutely in love with the house, everything very clean, and beautiful. The house has everything you need and more. Best Home in Sarasota
We have been visiting Sarasota for a few years now and this home is by far the best. Even though the pervious homes we stayed at were walking distance to the beach, this one still takes the win. Home was super clean, modern looks and everything was provided, and I mean everything. The owners took everything in account and made sure you pack your bags light if you are flying out of state. Kitchen has everything you need for those who like to cook along with all the beach gear. Home is only 5 miles away from our favorite beach, which is Siesta Key. Downtown was only 10mins with many things to do. Overall, very happy with my stay and wished I booked it for longer.

Clean and lovely place to stay
We LOVED staying at this house. It was super clean, close to everything (bunch of restaurants and stores around) and had everything we needed. It is stocked with essentials and made our stay stress free. The owners were easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had. The check in and check out process was straight forward. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Awesome Vacation Home!
My family absolutely loved our stay. The home was clean, neighborhood was peaceful, & everything was nearby. Tons of great restaurants with 10 minutes of the house. Would highly recommend Walt's Fish Market Restaurant for some delicious lobster bites & garlic butter shrimp. The beach was also stunning. The host provided everything needed for an awesome day at Siesta Beach. The home had a cooler, several folding chairs, & a canopy which are all a must if planning to spend the day near the waters. Would highly recommend this home for others & am looking forward to vacation here again!

The location is within 10 minutes of the beach. The house was nice, although we didn’t spend a lot of time in it because there was so much to do in the area. Communication with the owner was great, I would recommend.

Great, quiet and modern place in southern Sarasota
We enjoyed staying as a couple for a week during springtime. It's a great property if you're one or two couples or a family looking for a place not too far away from everything you need (i.e. shopping off Bee Ridge Rd is within 5 mins, Siesta Key and Downtown are only a 15 min drive) but enjoy staying in a quiet and neat neighborhood. Modern and clean house with lots of room, two fully equipped bathrooms, walk-in closets in every room and a two-car garage for your use. Garage does not fit full-size trucks, though, as we experienced, but that's not uncommon. Very good beds / mattresses in both master bedrooms (didn't try the bunk beds in the kids' room), big kitchen with all the equipment you might need, lots of beach and outdoors equipment provided, as well. Would be great if some bicycles were available too as the area is great for cycling (close to Legacy Trail) - just an idea! Small shaded outdoor seating area and very private garden belong to the house, ideal for kids to play or to enjoy the sun. We would definitely recommend the property and book again on a trip to Sarasota. Thanks to the great hosts, as well.
