"Hmm, ja, was soll man sagen... Die Zimmer wurden nur nach Rückfrage gemacht, also meistens gar nicht. Handtuchwechsel nach 5 Tagen? Nur nach Aufforderung. Bettwäsche sollte auch mal nach einer Woche gewechselt werden, ist hier nicht Standard. Die Betten sind durchgelegen, müssten dringend erneuert werden. Die Gastronomie ist gut, der Wein könnte in einer Weingegend schon etwas günstiger sein."

"We booked this hotel for one night to enjoy a wine festival in Zell and visit some of the local wineries. Staff was extremely friendly, room was very spacious. View was incredible right on the river. Free and available parking right out front, very good continental breakfast and it was 15 minutes walk from the heart of town. "The room was clean, but the mini fridge was left unplugged and someone left food in it so it continued to make the room smell horrible. We had to wait a while at the front desk, because the lady was outside and didn’t hear the bell ring multiple times. Didn’t like that the door was a key.
