"Amazing trip and excellent friendly staff - especially the guy at the front desk. Also offer luxury coach shuttle service to the Haram and back 24/7 for not extra charge. Really peaceful hotel. Last time I stayed right near the Kaabha but that was too hectic and much more expensive. This was more peaceful and relaxing. Great value for money and nice find. Coming back from Friday prayers too a long time but other that the other days were much less. "

"Wonderful Experience at Fairmont Clock Tower! We had an amazing stay—clean bathrooms, excellent room service, and a delicious breakfast included. The view of the Haram and Kaaba from our room was breathtaking. We booked one room for 4 people, but they generously upgraded us to two studio rooms for free. Highly recommend for comfort, service, and location!"
