Booked on Christmas day and still received immediate and helpful responses from the owner. The room was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of off road parking. "Very clean, safe, 22 min walk to train station, easy check-in, they send you a one time code via e-mail, to enter and get your room key at the reception, easier check out, just to drop off the key in a box, mini fridge in room, private WC in room, shared shower, which I saw always available, cookies, 2 water bottles, liquid and mini bar hand soaps. "The property is not located where advertised. It claims to be 1 minute away from the waterside theatre and therefore not far from the train station. This was very important to me and my wife who were travelling with several heavy bags and needed to be very close to both and this is the exact reason we booked it. However, it turns out it’s around 25 minute walk away from the theatre! As a result, we had to take a couple of Ubers back and forth and thought it only fair the host covers the cost...
