The perfect getaway for a couple, this garden level apartment offers a cozy respite after a full day of exploring historic Savannah. Ideally located just steps away from Forsyth Park, you’ll be a short walk away from boutique shops, historic attractions, and the infamous Southern cooking of Mrs. Wilkes Dining Room.

The original brick floors have been finished to add an attractive shine that complements the modern decor. The spacious bedroom is located off the entry hall with ample storage space and Queen size bed. Enjoy a full size bath with standing shower at the end of the hall. The living area is perfect for quiet evenings in, with a sofa that pulls out into a Queen sleeper for two additional guests. The adjacent kitchen comes equipped with all of the culinary tools and appliances you're used to having at home. The true gem of this home is the expansive, shared courtyard - perfect for a quiet start or end to your day.

Comfy Apartment in a Historic Neighborhood
The apartment was reasonably priced, very comfortable, and in a lovely historic building. It was also within easy walking distance of some of Savannah‘s beautiful historic squares, which are hallmarks of the city. We were able to walk to a lot of the places we wanted to see, including some incredible restaurants. We would definitely stay in this home again. :-)

Bed was comfortable, loved the courtyard, nice kitchen area. Very charming. Walking distance to everything. The only reason I give it 4 stars is …. bugs! They need to spray by doors. Bathroom had many mosquitos and no seeems. Im so allergic!

Anniversary trip
This was a perfect spot for celebrating our anniversary. It was a bit of a long walk to River St but was able to walk around to other shops nearby. Neighborhood was very quiet which was a plus! Nice space!

Garden Oasis is an accurate description! Wonderful, comfortable space with great outdoor seating area. Location was prime, in historic district, with easy access to everything. Very walkable. Bathroom was small and a little awkward and sofa was a little uncomfortable, but would stay there again in a minute. Really exceeded expectations!

We had booked this property several years ago and hadn’t been able to come to Savannah. We were so happy this property was still available. The actually property isn’t as light filled as the pictures show, but that is the only negative I can list. The location is perfect. We walked everywhere! Street noise at night is a little bothersome, but not a huge problem. We love the courtyard for an afternoon glass of wine. Plenty of towels. I had missed the listing that there is a washer/dryer available. That was an added bonus.

The space is very nice. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed our lunch on the back patio one day. We walked to dinner every night and walked or biked the city every day. I would stay here again.

Beautiful place/location but....
Beautiful place / location but full of mosquitoes which ate us while sleeping, the a/c was not cooling enough, our door pad lock ran out of battery when we arrived and we had to wait until someone came and change it, they responded quickly though. If they solve the mosquitoes and the a/c issue it will be an amazing place to stay. Very clean and charming.

Pleasant stay in beautiful Savannah
Overall a great extended weekend in Savannah. This properties location is perfect as you can park your car and not use it your whole stay. I will say parking is $15 per day and you have to get a pass from the visitor center. The place is nice and cozy and is perfect for short periods of time, but is not meant for someone to enjoy on a rainy day. The pictures do not actually reflect the space or lighting of the space as it needs all of the lights on to have decent lighting. I am not comparing but just being picky as overall it’s a nice place to stay. My only complaint is that the courtyard Needs a lot of attention As it is overgrown and is full of weeds. We attempted to sit out for breakfast and the mosquitos were awful. Overall, it was a nice stay and would not tell anyone to stay away just to just realize it’s not as pristine as the pictures show.

Charming place on a great street
A perfect getaway for me and my husband. A gorgeous residential street within walking distance of everything we wanted to do and see. The apartment had plenty of space for unwinding at the end of the day. Only regret was that there was not creamer and sugar for the coffee. Was looking forward to enjoying it in the courtyard.

Overall, great experience. A few negatives of the property - it was extremely humid, they definitely need a dehumidifier in the space. The bathroom didn’t have a fan so it was just a nesting ground for mosquitos and yes, there were several. The floors weren’t cleaned well when we arrived, the bathroom was tiny and water was everywhere when we showered and the grout a little gross. Overall though, it was great just a little worn around the edges. If it wasn’t so dang humid in the space, including when we were sleeping, it would have been much better. Couldn’t beat the location or the ease of checking in and out.
