Renovated Jones Street Parlor Apt +Private Parking

Gorgeous, expansive parlor (2nd/main floor of house) apartment in a prime location on Jones Street. Newly renovated kitchen has custom granite counters, dishwasher, gas stove and refrigerator with ice maker. King bedroom. Pullout sofa in living room. Combination tub/shower in bathroom which is accessible off of the hallway. Optional $15 flat fee for use of one Private Off Street Parking Space Behind the Home or you can park for free on the public street which has no meters in the 2 block radius.

What to expect when booking: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. Our system will email asking you to digitally sign a rental agreement with our company after booking through VRBO. Nothing in our company rental agreement contradicts the posted terms on VRBO. Perfect spot

Great Stay
Great apartment. Very conveniently located and walking distance to all of the historic areas. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Quiet street and nice to have the reserved parking. My only complaint is the pillows need to be replaced or upgraded (so lumpy) and we didn’t see a smoke alarm inside our apartment. Overall, great stay and would definitely recommend. If we return to Savannah would stay here again.

Quick Getaway
Perfect location. The personal parking spot was perfect and we used the back entrance to come and go. The AC is loud (as others listed) but did not bother us. Plenty of towels and toiletry items (always a plus!). The binder with instructions and suggestions was great! We love Jones St and had never stayed on this end…would def stay again!

Wonderful apartment!
This apartment was wonderful. It is located quaint, pretty street. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the quiet. It is very clean, decorated beautifully, and was just what my husband and I needed. It is in walking distance of many things in Savannah. We will definitely stay again.

Feel at home amidst the history of the city
This appartment was perfect for a 4-day city visit. Perfect location, beautiful street, quiet surroundings. Well equiped kitchen and very good bed. Only the bathroom was old charm. Highly recommend it.

Scenic Savannah
My wife and I loved staying on Jones Street! The property was clean and comfortable and located in an extremely convenient spot to walk to the downtown Savannah and riverfront areas. Our flight was delayed getting into town, but our landlord was extremely prompt responding to us. We had a relaxing and fun time and look forward to returning in on the future!

Anniversary Getaway
Perfect street to stay on. Definitely the most beautiful street in all of Savannah. Would stay here again and recommend it to others. It was spacious- perfect for 2 people. It was close to Trolley stops and it is easy to walk almost anywhere. Very clean, well stocked for cooking and beautifully decorated. The steps are steep but my husband did manage okay with his bum knee.

Apartment was very clean comfortable and quiet. Great to have washer and dryer and off street parking. WLk to downtown and river front about.8 mile. Very convenient to Forsyth Park and Bull St and it’s many beautiful squares. Multiple nice restaurants and watering holes within a few minutes walk
