Welcome to your industrial-modern loft getaway in Historic Downtown Savannah, where your daily living needs are preserved within our remarkably delightful spaces fit for working, relaxing, imbibing, and sleeping. Designed to converge both modern luxuries with tasteful nods to Savannah’s historic roots, each guest will enjoy our spaces featuring modern furnishings, Tuft & Needle mattresses, Parachute linens, Apple TVs, Public Goods amenities, local Perc coffee, and more. This loft includes a complete kitchen, two private bedrooms, washer and dryer in unit, and an Interior Define memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room all designed to allow your mind to escape the flurry of everyday life.

We offer a seamless and contactless self check-in process. After booking, you will receive a link to fill out our security verification portal, and once your reservation date arrives you will receive all of the details you need to access your apartment suite via our keyless entry system.

Service Animals: We encourage individuals using service animals to contact us before their stay.

Pets are not allowed in the building by our guests, but you may contact us to discuss potential exceptions.

Fantastic suite!!
We really enjoyed our time at The Grant! Will absolutely stay here again next time we come to Savannah. The entire suite was gorgeous and so well stocked

The absolute perfect location! Right in the middle of all the shopping and restaurants! The condo was so amazing. It had everything we needed! I will definitely stay here again.

Great location. Loud Unit with street noise and elevator
Customer service was great. Place well decorated. Very clean. We were not able to stay the first two nights because of flight cancellations. But the third night we could not sleep because of the loud elevator noises ( end unit 2nd floor). We did not stay the 4th night - we could not chance not sleeping again. Customer Service people were very friendly and responsive , but I was surprised that we weren’t given a “token” credit because of the inconvenience

Close to everything
The condo was exactly as stated. Close walk to everything. The only negatives are there is a lot of road construction going on right out in front - and the road is closed and they work Mon-Sat. They start at 8 am and at night, they leave the huge lights on that come straight into the condo. There are no blackout shades on the bedroom windows, but there are blackout shades in the Family room - which makes NO sense to me. Please change that out before the next people have to endure a brightly lit bedroom all night long. Otherwise, we were all very happy - even though the construction made it difficult for access to the condo, it is a great location and once the construction is complete, I'm sure it will be much better!

What a perfect spot to be in to spend your stay in Savannah! A walk away from everything. Definitely will be back and totally recommend this place!!
