"The Villa is a beautiful property with breath taking views, The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. A wonderful surprise was that they sent a car to pick us up at the port and to drop us off for free. "Although there was a typhoon during our stay the staff was very friendly and attentive. When I first entered my room I noticed the toilet water wasn't working. The receptionist had it fixed immediately while we tried the mango grill restaurant. The food was of good proportion. The plating was attractive and the food was delicious. "Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. "

"The first room we got was dated and not stocked with all of the dishes and silverware. The shower did not work and the TV did not have good reception.
