"Hotel itself was nice and well kept. Staff very nice. Daily cleaning wa snot good. Even when we put the ‘request cleaning’ tag on the door all they did was make the bed and give new towels. We were there over a week and the floors/ showers/ toilet/ sink were not cleaned a single time. Nor were the sheets changed. I clean my House at home more often. They would only give us 1 toilet paper roll at a time so we kept running out. Laundry insuite was very convenient. Bed was comfortable. Nice kitchen...

"Location, style, price & comfort were all perfect for staying one night in the city for a friends birthday. Only complaint was their entry /swipe card system. They give you two cards, one red, one blue. I took one card out with me and upon my return couldn’t get into the building. Another guest saw me & notified me that I had the “wrong colour” to get in. He let me in so I could speak to reception who confirmed I needed one card to get into the building & the other card to get into my room....
