"Very convenient since the train station is few steps away from the hotel. The Gare Midi train station is convenient if you are going to travel to Paris and Amsterdam and other places in Belgium. There are relatively few restaurants around the area compared to Brussels Central."

"Great hotel and person at reception was very friendly and welcoming (Taiwanese guy). Although the hotel is a fairly convenient walk into the centre of Brussels the area around the hotel is a little dodgy and dirty (as is the case with hotels near trains stations in any city!). This shouldn't deter anyone from choosing to stay at Urban Yard, I found it great!"

"Overall considering Brussels high prices this is a good value option, with some issues. The main ones being their check-in and checkouts policy. They only allow you to check-in very late and if you want to actually meet somebody within a tight 2 hour window. I think they might have the option to check in without concierge but that's a risk and I have had bad experiences in the past with other properties. Facilities are a bit dated especially the bathroom and bed had a mattress too thin and soft...
