Had a wonderful time here. The house is very nicely maintained, and the rooms are clean. My favorite thing about the house was the couches-- there was a couch that was deep with a pull out function so you could lay down on it and extendable headrests, it was awesome to chill on!

Perfect location and very comfortable house
We used the house as our base for visits to the Monterey peninsula. The house was clean, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood is very quiet even though it is close to shopping and a main street. We would rent this house again.

I really liked how the nieghborhood was really peaceful, most of all I really liked how clean the property was. The beach is also a three minute drive which my kids love and the property also has a beautiful garden to enjoy a picnic. Overall it was a very beautiful experience and for a fare price. I would definitely come back.

Wonderful home with everything you need for a stay in Monterey!
This home has everything you need for a stay in Monterey. Great layout and space for hanging out. Beautiful backyard yard with lots of birds. Beds are all comfortable and kitchen has all of the amenities for preparing meals.

Lovely home away from home!
We really enjoyed staying in the Sunny Bungalow. There is a gorgeous backyard, ample room to visit and it is well stocked with everything we needed. It was nice and clean, had all the kitchen appliances we needed and the beds were comfortable. Very well laid out home with Asian decor accents. Check in was seamless. Quite neighborhood too. Thanks!

Super close to Monterey fairgrounds
We attended a music festival at the Monterey County Fairgrounds and this property was the perfect spot to stay! Easy parking and the check in process was seem less. We had great communication with the owner and it was so easy to get out needs met. So many wonderful restaurants nearby and lots of options for grocery stores and shops too,
