"I’ve stayed here a few times. I don’t know everyone’s financial situational. But I imagine this is a step below the Home Alone 2 type hotels. I’m very middle class with a state job, and this place feels like self care. I’ve stayed at a few pretty nice places in Seattle but I’ve yet to go back to them ever since I first stayed at the Regency. "

"A really beautiful property in a centrally located spot. I couldn't have asked for anything better with the room. Clean and came with some amazing bath robes. I did valet parking which was a little expensive, but worth it to make sure my car was safe during the night."

"The location of the property is quite good as access to get in and out of the downtown core was easy. The hotel staff were very friendly (although short staffed in the food service area) and helpful. The hotel just needs some updates (the bathroom plumbing, dated carpet in room). The unhoused problem near the hotel made things seem a bit unsafe (lots of open drug use) Might stay again next time in Seattle."

"The property was beautiful old world style, spacious room and very clean. The bathroom could do with an upgrade, I dislike shower curtains amd would prefer a sink in the bathroom, not outside. I would also like teaspoons and milk in the room instead of timber stirrers and powder creamer. I think this would be more 5 star. On the whole a lovely hotel, good service and clean. Although they did lock us out of our room 5 minutes before we were due to check out..a little annoying. Would recommend...
