"Very old and dirty in the unit, lobby was clean. We had to use to fold out and I was afraid of bed bugs, the mattress was so gross! I went with blind faith that the blankets were clean and layered them on top. We asked for another duvet or blankets and was told they don’t have any. Did not eat breakfast, it looked like a small option for the price. The staff was friendly and answered directional questions. We were not close to restaurants or city center but the tram was close. "Easy meet for check in. She took the time to show us about the apartment. Spacious and clean. It is right near a main plaza, so perfect for restaurants and shopping, downside side does make it noisy late at night/early morning. With a kitchen, it would;d be helpful to have either napkins or paper towels. Spotty internet made getting some stuff done a bit slow. Overall good choice."

"Nothing like the photos. Bathroom and bedding akin to hostel standards. Kitchen dirty with cobwebs in corners. It is not an apartment but a unit insde an operating Seniors Nursing Home. Totally misleading and disappointed with Expedia promoting this the way it is. Destroyed the final weeks of our trip that have all been great through Expedia until this experience "
