"Spacious apartment located in ideal position to see the old town. Stayed on 5th floor, lift goes to 4th floor then flight of stairs to apartment and roof terrace. Living area had a raised platform with two steps to reach sofa and coffee table, so this apartment would be unsuitable for someone with mobility issues. There is a coin operated laundry and left luggage lockers in the basement. Excellent value for money. Only thing I would improve is to put the mop/bucket/broom etc in an aired...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our November 2024 stay at the Aralso hotel in Segovia. The front desk staff had so many great tips for touring the city. The apartment was clean, fully stocked, and very cute. Definitely we’d stay again! "

"It is a wonderful experience to stay here. The villas are part of the city walls. I cannot complain about communication as I don’t speak any Portuguese. The welcome is friendly and warn. The villas have kitchenette and large fridge and coffee makers. The bed is comfortable and quiet at night. The gentle sound of an occasional vehicle travelling across the cobblestone outside the room is pleasant. Parking is sufficient for 10€\night. Very Close to attractions and cafes and plaza mayor. "

Heavenly Stay at a former convent

"I adored this place! From the moment you pull up, you know it's special. The lobby is great, rooms beautiful, views gorgeous. The downstairs bar and seating areas scattered on other floors give you ample options to relax outside of your room. It's a very easy walk to the aqueduct and fabulous restaurants like Jose Maria. Excellent staff."

Nice place and nice people

"My family enjoyed very much staying in this hotel. Hotel was very cozy. The location is very excellent, in the heart of the town that was very beautiful and historical rich town. People were very nice and helpful. They would try their best to help out when you need special needs. "
