"The front desk spoke English and were very friendly and helpful. I travel a lot, and have to say they were the best staff ever. The Hotel is located in a safe area. There were two shopping centers near by. One was 2 blocks away and the other was 6 blocks way. One block away is the Japanese Garden. The Hotel had a great breakfast. "

"Very nice building with an excellent location. This is not a hotel property and there is no service like extra towels or even toilet paper. Sofa bed is not comfortable when used as a bed. Parking is convenient, but very pricey. "

"What i liked: spatious room, clean, staff very kind and flexible , ready to help. I would say very walkable central area, close to everything you may need ( supermarket, Shopping centers, gyms, transportation, etc). Good breakfast, small but nice and clean common areas. One very important point for me: sport facilities: i would have given a nice grade if it wasn't for the fact that the gym cardio machines could use some checks, one out of service, another needing maintenance ; apart from that...

"Very good value at the time of year we visited compared to top hotels in other large cities we have visited. This part of Brazil is apparently a travel bargain in April. Only negative comments are that on some shifts English or Spanish speakers were not available. However, they were very helpful when they understood us. The hotel fitness center is inadequate.
