This beautiful home situated in a secluded wooded setting close to downtown Sequim is the vacation home of your dreams. Location is ideal for travelers coming to explore the Olympic Peninsula, but the pristine & well appointed home will make you wish you had booked a longer stay. As you approach, you get a sense of privacy inside the surrounding wall of trees. An inviting wraparound porch is the perfect place to relax & enjoy the peace of this wooded property that feels like entering a private world yet is located just minutes from downtown Sequim and less than two miles from the John Wayne Marina.

Step inside & take in the vaulted ceilings throughout the living space, the beautiful hardwood floors & an open concept living/dining/kitchen space for the whole family to enjoy. The main level offers a spacious formal dining room, clean and modern kitchen with all new stainless appliances & a breakfast bar. The living room features a large flat screen TV & gas fireplace. As you proceed down the hall you will find a wonderful laundry room, full size bathroom with walk in shower, with bench seat, king bedroom with television & a separate bunkroom with 2 full size beds made specifically to accommodate large adults plus a pull-out sleeper chair.

Venture upstairs & you will happily discover a loft/game room complete with an assortment of board games & toddler learning toys. Step to your right & enter the spacious king suite featuring a private office, fold down leather sofa, television & a striking master bathroom with double vanity, jetted tub & walk in shower with bench seat.

Parking is open space car port. RV space with hookups is also available for an additional fee.

Featuring quick access to downtown Sequim, this property lies near the Olympic Discovery Trail, Sequim Bay State Park, John Wayne Marina, & many great trailheads to venture out into the Olympic National Park.

The house was great, we werent there very much, which was good , because i thought it was a little creepy, that one side of house had no shades or curtains, and the only reason i say that, is because it wasnt communicated the there were people staying in house above the garage 10 feet away, Probably wont stay here again

If I could give 6 stars I would!! Meticulously clean, quality linens and furnishings, extremely comfortable, airy, light. Kitchen very well-appointed. Every detail and need anticipated—including things like ziplock baggies and foil, the odds and ends of cooking basics like oil, some spices. Laundry detergent was provided, ample towels and bedding and of very high quality. We used the grill and enjoyed in. The location is a tiny bit farther from the National park than staying in port Angeles but not really a problem. The town of Sequim is actually smaller, cuter, and nicer than port Angeles. The house was set on wooded property that felt very north woods. We loved it. I wish I lived in that house. A great big thank you to the owner and management company.

Great experience. It was a home away from home feeling. Quite and safe neighborhoods. Full kitchen with well stocked necessities. Comfortable beds and large living area to spread around after a long day of travel and hiking. Close to shopping areas and highways. Communication from owner was quick.

My family (spouse, me and 3 kids) stayed here for three nights in July. The property is lovely, very accurate to the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and it was immaculately clean. It worked out great for us.

Great Family Home
We spent the long holiday weekend exploring Sequim and the surrounding area, returning home each night to the perfect house in the woods. Plenty of space (indoor and out) and a bit of everything in terms of weather (snow and sun in the same day). I would highly recommend this property!

Wonderful location - beautiful property!
We stayed at this location mid-October, 2021, and it was more than we could have asked for! The home is updated, clean and beautiful and comfortably accommodated 6 adult guests. The location was perfect for visiting Sequim, the casino and easy access to the 101, where we did other daily excursions. Would love to stay here again in the future!!

Lovely getaway in the woods
We stayed here while visiting family in my hometown and had a lovely stay. It was just the two of us, but would be great for two couples or a family. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Really lovely relaxing by the fire and watching the trees through the giant windows. Even though it feels very secluded, the house is just minutes from downtown Sequim. Would definiteyl stay here again.

Two couples traveling together. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It was very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and living area was relaxing. We arrived late and were welcomed by a well lit home. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

The house is exactly as pictured and as described. Quiet location and very clean. We were four adults and utilized all three bedrooms. We appreciated the gas fireplace in the mornings when we sat around planning our day. Easy access to Sequim for groceries . It is an open floor plan with good light. We could have used a few more maps and advice about hiking trails and local restaurants and farmers markets We found this information elsewhere.

We enjoyed this property and the location and distance from town. Be aware that there is a separate rental right next-door which you can also rent to add more guests. Or you can expect other guests might be staying there. Kids enjoyed the oversize bunkbeds. High ceilings in living room. Surrounded by trees. Very quiet.

Loved this place!! Home is very spacious, plenty of room to spread out. Extremely clean, with simple and stylish design, not over cluttered. Location is right off of main road, less than 5 minutes to downtown Sequim, but feels private and secluded. Beautiful trees and well kept, natural, yard. Kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of linens, beds were comfortable, wifi was stong. Check in process was simple, Simone is a pleasure to work with. Would definitely bring my family back!

Lovely stay
The property was absolutely spotless, and the beds and furniture were very comfortable. It was nice having enough space to spread out a little, with each kid having their own room and a comfortable common space. I would recommend some wall hangings or something to cut down on how echoey it feels with all the bare floors, though. We couldn't get the TV in my son's room to work, but we didn't miss it. We also couldn't figure out how to turn on the jets in the bathtub, but it was really nice to lounge in a nice, deep, hot bath anyway! Usually on a vacation like this we would mostly eat dinners out, but we didn't do that due to the pandemic. We managed with finding food each night, but the restaurants close a little earlier than we're used to, so it was sometimes a struggle to find something that would work. The kitchen is well-equipped, although it was strangely missing a cookie sheet. We didn't use the coffeemaker, but there was a nice assortment of spices, tea, and coffee available. They flexibly arranged a late checkout at no cost, which we appreciated.

Snowy weekend in the Woods
First time staying here, definitely won’t be our last. Everything about this house is first class: beautiful appliances, floor to ceiling front windows, a very needed warm fireplace, two gorgeous bathrooms, 3 modern bedrooms, office/play space. If you care about how a house was built and cared for, this house shows real craftsmanship, with a real eye to the details. Location puts you on the edge of Sequim, easy access to all the Olympic Peninsula has to offer. We look forward to renting again: spring, summer and fall.
