My bed sheet was dirty, when I checked in. The handy worker was not eager to change it, but did it grumbingly. As usual the floor was very dirty. It is always like that, when I use the hotel. The front man told me to wear shoes in my room... There is not ventitalion in the bathroom, so the room get quite humid if you have an inside room. I looked at an outside room, but the window did not close properly, it it was noisy.

A shared property within another bigger hotel sharing the same amenities. It was at first a bit confusing to find the check in ‘lobby’. The corridors looked tired from a rundown 90s hotel but the rooms and toilet are updated. Comfortable and near to city centre.

Good experience. Checking in was super smooth.good room. The corridors are dirty which supposed to be taken care of the building maintenance people which not from the Five Sense parties. Need to address to the buiding management.

Place was wonderful!. Nearby amenities. But reception staff was using a lot of tissues placing them on the table and was having running nose. Must correct all these as it was the front desk. Other than that, staff were friendly and helpful.

A disappointment of stay
"Had booked a night of stay at the hotel under hotel.com. however,when reaching the hotel lobby mentioned that the hotel had only has business link up with Agoda instead.and the room I book was not available .and end up has to re-book another room!this was really really bad and causing delay to my ..."
