"We had a wonderful week here. Our highlight was definitely the pool and outdoor area. The kitchen was well equipped, wifi strong throughout and beds comfy. The owner lives nearby, and was available on WhatsApp when we needed him (new coffee machine). I would suggest the owner could be a little more generous with his guests (he did not leave enough toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets or laundry soap) and that he should buy some plastic (pool-safe) cups and bowls. "I had a fantastic stay at this rental property! The house was impeccably clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The pool was absolutely exceptional. The location couldn't have been better – secluded yet close to all the shops. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, and their kindness was truly remarkable. I even took advantage of the husband's hair salon in Imotski . In short, it was a perfect experience, and I'm already planning to return for a two-week stay next year!"

"We had a really lovely 2 week stay here in Podstrana. The appartment was very spacious and very well equipped. Our hostess Marija was on hand if needed. The views from all 3 balconies were fabulous and we enjoyed numerous evenings having supper on one of them and watching the sunset. Take beach towels! "Keine Schlüsselübergabe steckte am Haus. Überall dreckig flecke und Spinnweben. Bad dreckig Dusche ohne Funktion 2. Bad draußen auch dreckig Glastür wo jeder schauen kann wer vorbei geht. Pool ging nur zu warm da geschlossen und nur von außen erreicht werden kann nicht abschließbar. Grill nicht nutzbar. Küche nicht vollständig mussten Utensilien dazukaufen. War sehr enttäuscht für viel Geld nie wieder"

"The house is well positioned for local small pebble beach access. There was a lot of construction on at the time which was t explained until we arrived, it wasn’t disruptive to us but some may have found it so. This is for a new beach and apartment complex which will significantly improve the amenities and look of the area, due completion in 2025. "One of the best experiences we have had in a privately rented out house. The owner was extremely friendly and treated us Ike family. The house is walking distance to the center of Strobrec, a suburb of Split with its marina and restaurants. There are also beaches just 3 minutes away which we enjoyed. We just stayed for one night but will definitely try to come back."

"A wonderful house, very well decorated and kept with everything you need including a heated pool and great sea views. Amazing to sit on the balcony in the evening and watch the sun go down over the sea. Lots to do nearby and a short drive from Omis, which is a great river and seaside town."
