Located in a well maintained, beautiful resort on Seven Mile Beach. Pool and Beach only foot steps from the unit. Walk directly from the unit to the beach and into the ocean for a relaxing dip in the warm water or a walk down the beautiful white sandy beaches. Resort is on beach side and it is only 200 feet from the unit onto the sand.

Perfect for a few nights or a few months. Located across from the connecting road to Camana Bay with newly built shops, restaurants, and movie theater. No need for a car, plenty to walk to. Plenty of room for 2-4 people looking for endless days in the sun on the beach. Resort is for owners and guests only. Tennis court and pool are located on property and are private for owners/guests. Georgetown is just a few miles away.

Great to be back!
Our first visit back since Covid. Still love Cayman Reef Resort - the location on SMB can't be beat. All our favorite restaurants - plus a couple new ones - make it easy to enjoy delicious meals with little effort. We appreciated the upgrades made to the Condo since our last visit and hope to be back again next year.

Relaxing stay
We could not have chosen a better location! Unit was clean, comfortable and well stocked kitchen. Location is within walking distance of Camana Mall, grocery, liquor and restaurants. Two properties down on beach is a walk up bar. We will definitely be back!

Great condo!
The condo was very clean. It contained a lot of essentials for a beach stay. Only complaint is that the remotes to the tv and satellite box didn’t work. Minor inconvenience. Overall a great place to stay.

Decent place - could use some renovations
Overall, it was an ok place. Definitely livable and it was nice and quiet at night. There was construction going on during the day as they were painting the place and replacing some of the cement walkways, so during the day it was very loud, but just bad luck on when we were there. It wasn't the cleanest place. Superficially it was clean, but really needed a deep clean. Luckily I took the first shower (before my wife) so I was able to pull the disgusting amount of hair out of the drain before my wife saw it, or we may have been looking for a new place. The bed was very stiff, but there was a mattress topper underneath the bed that made it more bearable, however, the topper had some serious stains on it (water stains I'm hoping). The unit is small, one bedroom and small bathroom and a kitchen/living room, but was plenty for our needs. The location was almost ok, there wasn't any beach directly outside of the building as promised. We had to walk about ten minutes to the other side of the tunnel before we got to nice beach sand that we could walk on and look for shells. However, the location to Camana Bay and some of good restaurants was nice. The public "bus" system is great once you figure it out. Overall, we weren't displeased, but were disappointed with the lack of cleanliness (it needs a deep cleaning) and the lack of beach access directly out from the building.

Best vacation ever!
This was the perfect place for us to stay on seven mile beach. The condo was a perfect size for us and we appreciated having the added benefit of a washer and dryer. The pool is a few steps outside out door and the beach a few more after that. We spent several days enjoying the beach there, met several very friendly and kind people including Jarret’s sister and new husband on their honeymoon. The Cayman Islands are beautiful and this space did it justice. Shopping and several restaurants are within blocks or just across the street. We swam with stingrays, picked up starfish, snorkeled and visited the sea turtle habitat. The condo was well set up with a pleasant atmosphere decorated with island decor. There is good snorkeling In the beautiful turquoise’s waters right from the beach on the property. Everything was clean and well cared for. We would definitely stay here again and again. It is a gem. There were also a couple of floating noodles and mats to use and beach toys at the condo as well as a good size cooler.

The condo is dingy and dirty. The porch was dark and light not working. Arrived and did not know how to get in. The area is beautiful but not enough umbrellas on the beach. I was there at 7 AM and got umbrella ONE day of the seven.

Great condo!
Great property close to pool & with a beach view. Nice having a washer & dryer in the condo..that came in handy. Also thankful there was a memory foam mattress for the pullout couch or those would have been some uncomfortable nights of sleep for the kids. Also loved having the back door right out to the pool & beach. All in all great place to stay to enjoy the beach! Definitely will stay here again.

Location of the resort is great overall - easy to walk to many places or grab the bus. Beach area was very nice and not congested. Unit #19 was a great spot, looking out onto the beach. Loved it - it was just steps to the beach each morning. Condo in great shape and very clean - perfect for the trip.

The location is perfect and the beach is amazing. There are tons of placed to eat within walking distance. The pool is quite large and we never had a problem finding a chair. The room was just ok. Sheets and towels were old and worn. We didn't spend much time in the room, so that was fine. We never used the kitchen, but it seemed to have everything you might need to make lunch/dinner.

Excellent location within yards of great beach access. Condo with plenty of towels. New flat top for sofa bed was an excellent idea. Be sure to bring Tide pods for laundry. Grocery and restaurants easy to get to with city bus right in front of condo.

Great to be back!
I think this was year 7 of us staying in Unit 3 at Cayman Reef. We love the location, the easy walking distance to town and great restaurants - and the other guests are always friendly and fun. The unit offers everything we might need and suits us perfectly. I am sure we will be making reservations for next year quite soon!

Excellent location
We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect with a very short walk to the beautiful beach and easy walk to restaurants, bars and shopping. There are lounge chairs on the beach to use and the condo has beach toys and floaties to use as well. The condo had everything we needed. It was perfect for the price. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in Unit 3 at Cayman Reef. The owner was always available to contact and was extremely nice to work with us after an injury delayed our trip. The location was easy to access any where we wanted to go. The beach is everything you could want on Seven Mile Beach! The condo worked well for our family of 4.

Fab beachfront condo
We had a very happy family holiday. The location is perfect, a few steps to the pool and a few more to the beach. We loved having access to private beach and loungers. The staff at CRR were all so friendly and couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was perfect.

Great location, complex, beach with a semi functional condo
My wife and I stayed in Unit 3 for a week (2/27-3/5). The condo unit itself is nice and works great for a couple people but there are some items needing repair or replacement. The dishwasher didn't work, it would fill and go through the process but it would never spray. The front left burner on the range wouldn't work. The staff at the condo were notified of this. Some people have commented on the washer/dryer in the unit, which is great to have, however we tried drying some towels and after 3 cycles, they weren't much dryer than when they were put in. The king sized bed is great, however it's quite old and not comfortable at all. A mattress topper would do a lot for the bed and the frame it sits on either needs to be tightened up or replaced as there was no mistake when the other person was getting in or out of the bed or rolling over for the amount of squeaking it made. We were also only given 1 garbage bag and a roll and a half of toilet paper. We asked the office for more but nothing showed up when they did say it would be. Also, we inquired about when check out time was and they said to not worry as the next guest wasn't arriving until the next day, however on check out day, we were hurried out of the condo which wasn't what we were told the day prior. For keeping in contact and lazy evenings, having the TV and wifi was great. There's also quite a few locations on the island that have free wifi in shopping or restaurant areas. The condo is near Caymana Bay, which is a great shopping area with a couple coffee shops, multiple restaurants and a great wine shop/bar. Across the street from the condo are some fast food options, chicken chicken has great food for a quick bite and there's also a liquor store and dive shop. Just down the street, an easy quick walk, is a gas station and multiple other restaurant options for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The beach area at the resort is excellent. Chairs do tend to get picked up quickly in the morning, however there's usually space to find an umbrella. If not, this unit has an umbrella that we used not only on our own beach but also when we went exploring other beaches around the island while snorkeling. Had it not been for the poor quality of the bed, appliance issues and the staff at the condo, 5 stars would have been easy. We would definitely stay at this condo again, just not this unit.
