"The hotel was very nice. Everyone was very friendly. In the early evening we went to go out for a walk along the inner harbor which is literally across the road. They had complimentary popcorn and ice cold lemonade they were handing out to guests so we took our cups of lemonade with us which was lovely especially given how hot the weather was. Derrick the bell hop was a ray of sunshine and brought us cheer as he greeted us and when he helped us as we left. That type of service and quality of staff really make a hotel stand out in my mind. Will definitely come for another stay when we are in town next. "

"Great hotel. Stated 3 days for a work trip. Clean rooms and staff nice. Only complaint was there was a water issue during my stay. Water would periodically be turned for construction ,and sometimes hot water took longer than expected to heat up. Overall I definitely stay again "

" I want to thank Kathy and I want to thank Beth. I think I lost my key about several times when I first was checking in. Beth also changed my room to my liking so thank you Beth so much for being personable and professional. Kathy was a ball of energy and I'm sure she's great to have your front of the house staff. She is very likable human and approachable and has a candor and a natural gift to be professional funny and courteous. My overall stay was great and thank you. My only drawback was I was in my first night connected to another room and they just were loud all night and talked all night so didn't get much sleep the first night but overall great experience"

"The closeness to Camden Yards was the key reason I chose to stay at the Days Inn as it was a short 5 minute walk. The room was clean and very quiet. It was disappointing that only after making the reservation I was advised the restaurant was not open at this time. I was planning to have breakfast at the hotel before heading out to the airport."

"I had a perfect stay! It was my first AFRAM Festival in Baltimore and the one-night stay was amazing. The room was excellent and spacious. Although the female bartender wasn't very friendly, the elderly maintenance guy was incredibly friendly and helpful, making up for where the bartender fell short. I will definitely be back next year for the festival and this will be our host hotel. I felt appreciated and welcomed. The kitchen staff serving breakfast was top-notch. Thank you all for a wonderful weekend."
