You'll find it conveniently located just off Dixon Branch Rd, so you won't have to spend forever reaching your destination.

Unwind on the rear deck, basking in the peace and stillness or engage in a friendly game of Cornhole. Don't forget to bring your beloved furry friend along as we happily welcome dogs at our cottage!

Inside, you'll find two luxurious king beds in the bedrooms, ensuring a comfortable and restful sleep. The updated kitchen boasts modern appliances including a stainless-steel range and fridge, providing everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table or relax in the bar stool area. The cozy living room features an electric heating fireplace, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. Entertainment options include two 42" TVs, a Super Nintendo with retro games, and a Blu-ray/DVD player with 50 movies provided for your enjoyment.

Spend leisurely mornings on the front covered porch, rocking gently in the chairs, or soak up the sun on the spacious rear deck furnished with comfortable wicker seating. The large yard offers ample space for you and your four-legged friends to stretch your legs.

The cottage is ideally located, providing easy access to a variety of attractions and activities. From the thrills of Dollywood and the excitement of Pigeon Forge to the stunning beauty of the Smoky Mountains, you'll never be far from adventure. Your comfort and convenience are our priorities. The cottage comes equipped with air conditioning, central heating, linens, towels, toiletries, and more.

We understand that your furry friend is an important part of your family, so we allow dogs with prior authorization and charge a one-time nonrefundable $60 pet fee.

Please note that while there is no dishwasher or washer/dryer currently available, and the unfinished basement will be inaccessible during your stay. We have planned upgrades in the pipeline to enhance your future stays with these!

We do have a security camera pointed at the driveway and main entrance to enhance security. If you are uncomfortable with this, please message me for further details.

Additionally, our private gravel driveway provides parking for two cars along with a carport.

Please note that while we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay, the internet connection in the area may be slow at times. We encourage our guests to embrace the opportunity to disconnect and immerse themselves in the peaceful surroundings of Kate's Kottage.

The cabin is on a well, and sometimes the water smells. It bothers some people but not everyone. Some people like to bring their own bottled water for drinking.
