"I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean."

"The Westin was in a great location with connected parking & easy check in process. Bigger/better/lit signage directing to the check in desk would be helpful as it’s on the 2nd floor. Parking was easy, connected via elevator to the hotel. I had checked in online & received a text several hours before check in time that my room was ready. On arrival, reception was quick & friendly and gave me a card for free appetizer at the also attached McCormick & Schmick steakhouse. The steakhouse menu is also available for room service. Elevators require your keycard before entering; room on the 5th floor was secure, spacious, clean & quiet. I opted to eat dinner at Jeff Ruby’s which is just across the street. Around the block is a commuter rail stop if you’re interested in utilizing that free service to get around the downtown area. I was attending an event at Heritage Bank Arena & took an uber due to rain. The Westin is definitely in walking distance to all the riverfront venues and after the show I opted to walk back, took about 15 minutes. Also around the block is Sleepy Bee cafe which was excellent for breakfast. If I ever stay in Cincinnati again this will be my go-to hotel. Perfect location for downtown events, close to great restaurants and public transport, clean & secure with great parking. "

"This is a unique, lovely hotel in a great location. The artwork on display is contemporary and inventive. The room itself (King Deluxe) is very comfortable. The one and only flaw is the showerhead. While the bathroom is as luxurious as you'll find, the showerhead itself was dirty. It looked as if there was some oxidation or residue on the head and it needs to be cleaned. That said, the staff are wonderful, the attached restaurant delicious, and I would definitely stay here again."

"It was a great stay and value for our family trip. New Year’s Eve was a nightmare in terms of a party going on outside our room in a neighboring room, hallway and outside. But they did comp us that night as a gesture of sorry so I am keeping the 5 stars in my review. "
