"We recently stayed at the Lodge to celebrate our friends 60th Birthday and we were not disappointed! The accommodations were better than advertised and the host was easy to work with. The property has a pond on site and the bass fishing was great. Deer Ridge golf course is also close by and is a fun and challenging course to play. We look forward to going back again soon!"

"My hisband and I just left from a 2 night stay at Laura's fairytale cabin. The pictures do not do this place justice. It was the perfect secluded location with all the amenities. We felt cozy and at home as soon as we pulled up. Both nights were cool and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. Especially after a day of hiking and kayaking! "The property was perfect for a family weekend getaway with our adult kids. Sleeping situation provided everyone privacy, the kitchen was well equipped for making meals, and we could spread out or gather together in the multiple living spaces, including the screened porch which we loved. "Wow, the cabin is stellar, both in location and in its amenities. It had everything you can ask for from comfortable beds to hot tub right on the deck to a firepit with enough chairs for 10 people to coffee cups in the kitchen if you need it. Just a wonderful cabin setup that my family really enjoyed and it is located in the perfect spot near the Mohican State park as well as shopping in the nearby towns. Will definitely keep top of my weekend getaway lists for future trips! "

"We live on a farm so our trip was about just getting away. Off the beaten path. We stayed in the cabin room and never left. Good married time. Kitchen was nice, items provided very nice. Only negative was the bed. Awful. Like sleeping in a hammock. It just needs replaced."
