Cute, Quiet, and Adorable Cabin!
It was such a lovely stay at the Casa Del Lago cabin. The place was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities you need. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fireplace was perfect for the cold nights. I highly recommend this place and I can’t wait to go back.

Great place to stay
The room made you feel at home. Clean & comfortable. All the little decorative pieces really cemented the feeling of being in a cabin in the woods. Location also couldn't have been better right in the middle of the wilderness! Will definitely be visiting again.

Cute and cozy
Very cozy, loved all the little touches. The unit had everything you need to prepare food, washer and dryer, lots of pillows but no beading for the pullout couch. I am thankful I brought extra blankets. We enjoyed our stay. Just wish checkout wasn't so early.10:00 is a bit unreasonable. Most checkouts are 11:00

Good location but needs some improvements
The location is fantastic, and the condo was perfect for 2 of us and our dog. I especially appreciate VRBOs that allow pets and the property is super quiet and clean and relaxing. We were disappointed only in that the pellet stove was broken. Our first night no one could come to fix it. Our second night we didn’t make it back in time (before 6pm) because we were out fishing and hiking and exploring. Items should be checked before renting. People pay a lot of money to stay at VRBOs and what is photographed and advertised on the VRBO site should be functioning and in working condition. The bed was also not comfortable nor were the pillows. That’s an easy fix for a VRBO location and for simple satisfaction. We also recommend having some maps and a binder available that list local trails and restaurants and recommendations. The competition is high now on VRBO and other renters are doing great things!

Casa del Lago is a great get away! This was a very cute and comfortable place with everything we needed. It was stock with all kitchen, bathroom and bed amenities. Also the option for a 2pm late check at $17.25 was a nice added benefit. We will for sure stay here again!

Getaway perfection!
As our first time using a short term rental, we could not have asked for a better host! The cabin was beautiful, was in a great location and a wonderful place to unwind and unplug! It was a very pleasant experience and we will definitely keep this location in mind whenever we need a quick escape!

Young family first snow trip
Simple, small place in great location. Reasonably clean. After a pretty heavy snow day, we made it in easily. All wheel drive, but didn’t need it this time. Fireplace was the only heat but was plenty. The dishwasher, stove, everything worked. Washer/dryer was slow and ended up taking a wet load home :/ But fit everyone- two kids (8,5) pulled out the couch and fit- much bigger wouldn’t have been enough. With the bed pulled out, barely walking space but it was okay. The bathroom was clean, not perfect. It was right across from the hot tub which was nice. The jets were broken but was warm. Ring doorbells seemed to be on all condos. And we heard a complaint from another renter they had covered the camera and property management came right by and told them to take it off. We were overall impressed with the place and price and would do it again.

Great on paper, but truly dirty and dishwasher had a huge leak
Within an hour of getting to the cabin, we realized how dirty it actually was. Dust on most of the fixtures. Faux fireplace doesn’t do much to warm up the place and it’s the only heat source. As soon as we started the dishwasher, we realized it had a massive leak. Sopped up with towels, but the baseboard nearby appears to have water damage….as in it’s an ongoing issue. Wall heater has a note stating out of order…and there was mold all over the shower liner. :( We came up here for the wilderness aspect, so it served its purpose for sleep and location, but these things absolutely need to be addressed. Listing was a bit misleading.

Cute little condo in the trees
Condo was perfect for my husband and I. It is small but everything you need is there. The bed was ok, again small but for the space I don’t think a bigger bed would fit. The price was very good and we definitely would stay again when it’s just us. I gave it 4 stars only because I had some questions regarding what supplies were at the home in the days before we left and property management never responded. Communication could be better Vacasa!
