"I stayed at quite a few hotels during my recent Tokyo trip and this was by far my favorite hotel. The room temperature was comfortable as often times I encountered that Tokyo hotel rooms are kept too hot during winter and there’s no way to cool them. This was not the case at Rose Garden. The beds and pillows were fantastic. Staff was also amazing and seemed to be fairly fluent in English. The price was great and breakfast was a reasonable add on.
