"Very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Staff were super helpful. A few things needed maintenance, windows would not fully closed so noisy guests close could not be effectively shut out. Bed was comfy and sleep was good once the noise settled down from others. Would stay again."

"Small and basic but as we expected. Fresh linen and towels are provided. Staff friendly and checked on us if we needed anything. The local area is nice and it’s very quiet during the holidays at least when the school is out. Smoking outside rooms though wasn’t adhered too and we noticed there was several cigarette butts so picked up outside our room on same afternoon we checked in. I would recommend the outside lights get turned off earlier or allow rooms to have this option to switch off...

We booked 3 king superior rooms, and on check in were informed $100 per room for breakages was required (there’s nothing on the booking stating this fee) and that this fee would take 3-5 days to come back into my bank account - this made me very unhappy, most places do a holding fee which returns instantly on check out/room clean. Nope . Not the case. The restaurant was closed for dining but was however available for room service at...
