Der Nut Haus - 1 Bedroom with Loft

Try a Tiny House, similar to those seen on the popular TV show! Der Nut Haus is located in the White Mountain Vacation Village. Beautiful walking trails meander throughout the community that also boasts a clubhouse with pool table, game TVs and weekly activities. If you're looking for a cozy little escape, this cabinet oozes rustic appeal -- you won't be disappointed!

This modular cabin is tiny but has everything you need for a relaxing escape! Perfect for a couple or small family, located on a gorgeous lot with trees and a seasonal creek. The master bedroom is cozy and the loft area is great for kids (due to low ceilings the loft is not meant for adult use).

* Sleeps 4-6 with Queen bed in the master bedroom, Futon sofa & Loft with (2) twin beds for kids
* Flat screen TV with Direct TV and DVD player
* WiFi is ONLY available in the Club House.
* Central heat and air-conditioning
* Large patio with propane grill

HOLIDAY BOOKINGS: Minimum of 3 nights.

INTERNET: WiFi is only available in the Club House.

PET GUIDELINES: Dogs are permitted with a $150 Pet Fee. We must be notified if you are bringing dogs. Up to three dogs may be brought. No other pets are allowed. Dogs are not to be on furniture, beds, or any carpeted areas. Dogs must be leashed outdoors, and waste should be disposed of immediately. Non-compliance will incur a $100 fee from your deposit for waste removal services. Dogs must not be left alone in the property unless they are in a crate.

Cozy cabin in Vacation Village
I had to travel to Show Low for work and decided to make a weeekend of it. Brought my husband and dog along. Cabin is small but clean and comfortable. Do recommend they change out the shower head. Location was great. My husband brought his mountain bike and was pleased to find several trails in the area for him to ride and me to hike with the dog. Couple of good restaurants, including The House and Moose Henri's. We are beer drinkers and appreciated the beer selections at both.

love the neighborhood, love the cabin, the whole trip was perfect..too bad the clubhouse wasnt open, so no wifi the whole weekend, but more family time was nice.

We needed a little home away from home, where we could take our pets with us, cook special meals and relax (as we had 2 bicycle races that weekend in Show Low). This place has it all, it was close to everything, friendly neighbors, and the cabin was equipped with all I needed, super clean and easy to find, thank you! Definitely go back again
