We stayed in two of the luxury "Tents", which had all the amenities of a normal room and felt special. Close to shops and some restaurants, walking distance. Impeccable hotel, beautiful. Salon near by, really good gym. Winter so pool was out, but too cold in the evening. "

But the staff lack in basic courtesy and simple rules of hospitality such as - do not call a guest on their room’s phone at 11pm just to ask what time will they check out the next day. Seriously, do not call a guest at 11pm unless there is a life threatening emergency. Asking them their check out time is not an emergency. "
