"My friend and I needed a quiet getaway, and the Riu Santa Fe didn't disappoint. It was clean, safe, the food was fresh, and there were enough on-site activities to keep us entertained when we weren't lounging. The staff were really accommodating, and we enjoyed having large bottles of filtered water delivered to our room every few days. While the Riu parties happen 4 times per week, our room wasn't close to the action, so they didn't bother us a bit. We observed every age, race, ability, and orientation at the resort and felt right at home. We'll be back for sure!"

"We love the Hard Rock all inclusive resorts. Book your transfers directly through hard rock. Very seamless. Food was excellent. Italian restaurant and hibachi are our favorite. Service throughout was top notch. Traveled with 13 and 15 year old sons and they had plenty to do. Booked clear boat city tour, would definitely recommend it to see the city and landmarks on the sea. Hotel is about 50 minutes from airport so a little ways out in comparison to other resorts. We booked a junior suite king with a gorgeous balcony and direct ocean views. Very clean. I really don’t have any negatives. There was a hiccup with our transportation for our city tour however the hotel found us alternate driver (Dany) and he did a fantastic job and did all he could to make sure our tour continued as planned. All in all would do it again. We will be back again!"
