"Location was great, next to a beautiful park and within walking distance to everything you need. Always felt safe in the neighborhood. There is no coffee in the room, but a complimentary self-operated machine was in the lobby and a coffee shop next door. My room (204) was a really nice corner room that might be a bit cozy for two people, but not a deal breaker. The only downfall was the street noise, especially if you wanted fresh air from outside. The noise was muted with the doors/windows closed. There is no onsite parking and the nearby (easy access) Okendo garage is spendy but worth it for the location. "

"The hotel was very nice but it was advertised as being close to the beach. It was actually a twenty minute walk. I expected it to be closer."

"went in sholder season so was a bit chilly with overcast, but the hotel was fantastic. Vibe was adult only with calm and peace. The lobby bar was a bit lively but not too loud Sea View room was nice size and well appointed Driving in was a little difficult because it is in old town with limited parking"

"A very well-located, clean and friendly hotel. The service staff was amazing. The front desk was welcoming and very nice. We had breakfast daily and it was fantastic. Really enjoyed it and would recommend highly. A great place to stay near to the beach, too. There's a quite little bar next door with locals and we enjoyed that very much, too."

"Lovely property, wonderful views of the Concha Beach, specially if you book a room with a balcony. Staff super helpful and accommodating. Walk to downtown, right on the beach, what more can I say. We loved every minute of our stay."

"We cannot fault this property. It could not have been any better located - perfectly tucked away from the hustle and bustle of town but the shortest most pleasant walk into town. The staff were all an absolute delight, they were warm, welcoming and very helpful. The room was spacious, very modern and so well considered - had everything we could possibly need. The breakfast buffet was generous and delicious, so much goodness to choose from. We will be back for sure! "
