This large 2 bedrooms, 2 bath unit is appox. 1000 sq. ft., non-carpeted and has a large living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, screened lanai, and covered parking, 3 tvs, dvd, free wi-fi in unit! The unit has a king size bed in master, full/queen in the guest. The villa is just steps to the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautifully maintained complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, large heated swimming pool, game room and a scenic beach front courtyard where you will experience the most amazing sunsets. There are many shops, restaurants, golfing, fishing, boating, parasailing, tennis, galleries in the area. Bush Gardens, Disney are a short driving distance.
