"Check-in was easy. The room was on the ground floor but away from the dining area so it was quiet. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked well. Everything else was ok. "Huge room for superior king size, loved the space, clean, comfy bed, soft towels, great breakfast and very close to the domestic airport. But beware, got charged $35 taxi ride to the hotel, wasn't going to quivel as it was late, raining and very windy and just over $10 by an honest taxi driver back to the airport to catch a train. "I have stayed a number of times now at this hotel and will definitively stay again when the need arises. Check in was friendly and efficient, room clean and comfortable. "Stayed for 4 nights with the family (4), everything was very good, could see certain things were ageing e.g. same fittings/furniture from when I last visited almost 10 years ago but everything worked and served as a good base from which to see the city. The location is ideal and the staff were very attentive, could not fault the service."

"Front desk check in was great. Olivia was fantastic. Modern and clean lobby and room 2920 Lots of lobby seating. Located on George street, it has excellent walking access to financial district, high end stores, Chinatown and opera house/ royal botanical gardens. Short walk to museum station where you can take the metro to the airport. Room 2920 was spacious and plenty of room. Separate shower and tub. Only negative is that the bed seemed really worn and had a big dip in the middle. Highly recommend mattress replacement. "

"This hotel exceeded my expectations, it really felt like a five star experience bar the lack of swimming pool. The staff was very attentive, the room was clean and spacious and the buffet breakfast was great. The hotel smelt so nice as well."
