"During our 5-day trip to Hunter Valley and Port Stephens, this hotel was by far the best choice we made. For our anniversary trip, the hotel staff upgraded us to the Hunter Suite and surprised us with a lovely bottle of local sparkling wine—such a thoughtful touch! We also had dinner at Botanica, one of their associated restaurants, located about a 15-minute drive from the hotel. The meal was excellent and well worth the trip. "Lovely and clean, and comfortable. Some of the appliances were a bit confusing and our washing machine hose wasn’t in the right spot so when I did the washing, the floor flooded. The taps were also turned off so perhaps someone had experienced something similar. They were quick to fix it and mop up the area - response was swift and great though. Lovely stay and we’ll be back. Great soaps in the bathroom, and such a spacious bathroom which was beautiful. Lovely plantation blinds and nice to have...
