"Great location with a fantastic dock! Wonderful for swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, and eating together in a peaceful cove. And I appreciated the plethora of floaties available to use. Very quiet neighborhood. House was very spacious and lots of great seating for everybody. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfy. Owners were great to work with and made sure we were well taken care of. We would love to go back!"

"Everything was done very well and appointed and well-stocked. I noticed little bonus things like Ziploc bags in the kitchen. Prepped and set up really great. The little things that maybe need to change are: the refrigerator downstairs does not close. I could see the light on all the time. The door hits the wood to the left. Also, these dang feral cats meowed the entire time and we worried they might jump in the door of the house. We really enjoyed our stay."

"We made the trip to Cozy in the Cove over Labor Day weekend with 4 adults and 5 kids. The house interior is surprisingly spacious with that many people and was very clean. The outdoor area was nice by the fire pit, we enjoyed the free firewood and s’mores supplies. We were able to cook out on the grill and the kids enjoyed the frisbee golf setup. The dock was great and we were able to rent a pontoon boat with the help of Angela. The stairs down are a bit dicey and can use some repair, but...

"We were lucky enough to get Labor Day weekend at this amazing home. The home was well represented in the listing and pictures. The host jason over communicated, was very easy to get ahold of and responded quickly to questions. We brought our boat and Jason allowed us to use the boat lift which was a great perk to keep our boat covered and out of the weather. "Our entire family (ages 1-63) loved this place! Great layout with big family areas and quiet areas for solitude. The outdoor areas were fantastic, with a grassy lawn, lots of trees, shallow areas for the younger kids to play in, a great dock for fishing and for the pontoon boat we remted, and multiple decks for viewing all of it! Duncan Bridge Marina was less than 10 minutes away. "

"The pictures really don't do this place justice. The views are breathtaking! The cabin is cute and quaint. The furniture was very comfy and we loved the porch area too. The bed was very firm but we managed. This place really is well stocked and had pretty much everything. We came in for the AAYS World Series for girls softball. "Our recent stay at this lake house on Smith Lake was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home. The house was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. The clear, sparkling waters of the lake were incredible. "The inside of the house was as pictured in the photos. The house was clean. Nice towels and bedding. King bed was comfortable. We were a group of 7, and could have used more seating in the living room though. A great feature of the house was the boat slip. Had we known how narrow the roads to get there were, we would have dropped the boat off before going to the house, so that's worth noting. Overall a good stay though!"

"This place was amazing very clean and nice. Location was great it over looked trident marina which was convenient for all the events there. The only thing is the boat launch was a 20 minute boat ride away. But the boat slip was very nice and easy to access with a vehicle . Overall we had a great relaxing time the views were gorgeous from the lake house."

"Wonderfully decorated and comfortable home in a great location on the lake. Has everything you need to enjoy the water - kayaks, canoe, Lilly pad, fishing poles, etc. Exceptional covered dock with lounging area. Close to grocery stores and 5 minutes to Duncan bridge marina. Very responsive host. We will definitely be back again. "
